Lady Vengeance (2005) posters

Seriously some of the best movie posters I’ve seen. Fantastic movie to boot (along with the rest of the trilogy).

After I watched this movie in college, I wore red eyeshadow for weeks.

This was an idea i had not too long ago. What if in the 1970s Soledad Miranda starred in a Vampirella film directed by Jess Franco. That seems like it would have been appropriate. I know there was a Hammer version in production that never saw the light of day, due to the studio closing down. At one time Caroline Munro was rumored to have tried out, but the part went to Barbara Leigh. Peter Cushing was also going to be in it starring as Vampirella’s magician sidekick Pendragon. In the Hammer Version i think Munro would have been better, but now if i had my pick i think Miranda would probably be more appropriate. Oh well, this is kinda a what if poster. I had a lot of fun doing this. Will probably be finishing up a bunch more since i sketched alot of other concepts this weekend. Hope you like it!

This is gong to be one of the pieces on display at PixelDrip’s Six Seasons and a Movie art show happening in LA June 23-24!
Starting today I’ll be taking preorders on a poster print of the image above.
It’s a 36 x 24 poster on 100lb glossy cover stock for $40
You can purchase it among other prints at my Big Cartel shop: http://dennisculver.bigcartel.com/
Posters will ship the week of June 18th. Preorders will help me determine the production run so please spread the word!

Dennis Culver was able to capture every single costume that Dean Pelton has ever worn. I’m in absolute awe of this poster.
